“Time is an aspect of life that I have found fascinating for as long as I can remember. Whether or not we care about it, we cannot escape its influence. As a neuroscientist, I study the biological time-keeping system known as circadian rhythms. Our internal and external environment regulates the circadian system, eventually affecting how we feel and behave.
My goal is to help as many people as interested to understand how our body’s time-keeping system works to help us be our best selves when we provide the most suitable environment to support our biological clock.”
